OUR STORY
Founded by Brent and Debi Hancock, Bent Tree Lodge & Vineyard was born out of our passion for the North Georgia mountains and local wineries. Native Americans bent trees to use as markers to point toward resources in the area. Our hope at the Lodge is to point our guests toward the incredible activities that await them in the North Georgia mountains.

"Gorgeous grounds. The proprietors have outdone themselves with every amenity to make your personal retreat. They can also recommend the best local wineries. My favorite room is the Vineyard suite with a separate sitting room, claw foot tub and private balcony."

"This is the second time staying at Bent Tree Lodge and we loved it again! We live in North Atlanta and Bent Tree Lodge is only 1 hour away for us. It was so nice to get out of the city and enjoy the mountains and fresh air so close to home. We had dinner out and went to a couple of wineries during the day. If you visit a winery, please be sure to have Debi pack you a picnic lunch! There were tables on the lawn at the Fainting Goat winery to enjoy the beautiful view. We did not hike this time, but we will be back!
The rooms are comfortable, coffee and soft drinks are available at all hours. The breakfast is to die for. Very clean and tasteful decor."
